Training consistently isn’t easy. Building the habit, dealing with setbacks, and progressing with intention takes more than just motivation. That’s why, in this update, we’ve introduced changes designed to give you more control, more structure, and less friction in the process.

📅 Pause your program when you need to

Consistency doesn’t mean training nonstop. Vacations, injuries, and tough weeks are part of the journey.

You can now pause and resume your programs whenever you need, without losing your progress.

Paused programs are clearly marked in the details view, so you always know where you are and can pick things up again when the time is right.

More flexibility to adapt to real life, without undoing the work you’ve already done.

🏆 New challenge: 10’ Workout Challenge 2026

Progress usually doesn’t fail because of lack of information, but because of lack of consistency.

The 10’ Workout Challenge 2026 is designed to address exactly that

  • Ten minutes a day
  • No time excuses
  • No unnecessary complexity

A 21-day challenge focused on doing the basics, doing them well, and repeating them. Because everyone can start, but not everyone sustains the effort.

🎁 2026 Special Edition — Free from January 1 to 21

For the first time, the challenge will be completely free for all users who complete it in real time over its 21 days.

  • Each day unlocks progressively between January 1 and January 21
  • Only workouts unlocked during that period will be free
  • Starting January 22, access returns to paid, even if you started the challenge earlier

A format designed to remove the time barrier

The challenge is built for people who want to start building the habit and for athletes who need an extra stimulus without adding more training hours.

  • Sessions last 5 to 15 minutes, with high work density
  • A direct approach, no filler, so every session has a purpose

Includes:

  • 4 daily levels: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, and At Home with No Equipment
  • Routines with a maximum of 3 exercises and 3 sets
  • Alternation between traditional and circuit formats
  • A design focused on making the most of every minute and driving real physical and mental adaptations
