- New timer options: choose between automatic or manual timers.
- Fixed a EVO routines bug: some exercises were showing reps instead of seconds.

- Added restart timer button on timed exercises.
- Fixed issues with Tabata workouts: resolved incorrect and overlapping sounds, and improved estimated duration calculations.
- Fixed editing issues in the custom routine editor for HIIT routines.

The developers continue to improve the app based on user feedback. They encourage users to report any issues or provide suggestions for further enhancements.

We’ve redesigned the app from top to bottom, introducing improvements and new features thanks to your support and suggestions. - Smart routines are now called EVO Routines. You'll have more information about your progress, and they will be more adaptive than ever. We will continue working on them in the coming months to keep improving the experience.
- New settings in the training session (sound modes, vibration, etc.).
- New options in creating custom routines (specific rest selection, adding weights, indicating intensity, and more).
- Now sharing routines with friends is easier than ever.
- You can use the more than 500 routines in the app as templates to create custom routines. See a routine you don't like an exercise in? Create an editable copy and adapt the routine to your needs.
- Redesigned planner with a new training calendar where you can view past and future workouts.
- More complete training logs, with all the information about the exercises and sets performed.
- Completely renewed training experience, with the ability to save your progress in a much more detailed way, adding comments, weights used, sensations, and more.
- Improvements in the content search engine, with more filters and better load times.
- Now you can save any content to bookmarks for easy access: routines, programs, exercises, whatever you want!
- General interface fixes and minor bug corrections.
