Triceps - Abs - Anterior deltoids - Hip flexors - Lower chest

- In a low bar position in a hollow body hold, with one hand in a pronated grip and the other in a supinated grip.
- Perform a swing and then place one leg on top of the bar, using it as a support to pass over it.
- Rotate and fall on the other side, grabbing the bar again.
