One hand row on rings
Biceps - Lats - Forearms

- Place the rings at a medium height.
- Hang with one arm from one of them with your feet supported on the ground.
- Pull with that arm until your chest reaches the height of the ring.
- Alternate arms and try not to help yourself with your legs in the movement.
