Pike push ups on rings
Triceps - Anterior deltoids - Upper chest - Upper trapezius - Serratus

- Place the rings at a low height.
- Support yourself on them with your arms extended and your hips bent, so that your body has a 90º angle.
- Bend your arms until your head is lower than the height of the rings and return to the starting position.
