Full planche on rings with neutral grip
Biceps - Anterior Deltoid - Upper Chest - Triceps

- Start in a support position on the rings with a neutral grip, keeping your arms fully extended, elbows locked, and scapulae protracted. Make sure the rings are stable and parallel to each other. This is your starting position.
- Lean your body forward, shifting your weight onto your hands while you lift your legs off the ground in a controlled manner. Raise up until your entire body is parallel to the ground, forming a straight line from shoulders to feet with a slight posterior pelvic tilt.
- Hold the position for the prescribed time, keeping your elbows locked and the rings under control. Finally, gently return to the support position or lower yourself to the ground. It is essential to prioritize body alignment and avoid any swinging on the rings during execution.
