One arm handstand flag
Anterior Deltoid - Triceps - Upper Trapezius - Upper Chest - Forearms

- Start in a handstand position with your arms fully extended. Make sure you have a stable base with your hands firmly planted and your gaze directed at the floor between your wrists. This is your starting position.
- Begin the controlled lateral descent of your legs to one side while switching to a one-arm handstand grip. Lower your legs until they are parallel to the floor, forming a ninety-degree angle with your torso.
- Hold the position for the prescribed time, managing balance through finger pressure and lateral core tension. Finally, return to the handstand position smoothly or lower yourself to the ground with control. The key to this exercise is the ability to dissociate hip movement from scapular stability without losing vertical torso alignment at any time.
