How to do it
Get into a handstand position on the floor or on mini parallettes. Keep your elbows locked, shoulders elevated, and body aligned, with a slight posterior pelvic tilt and your gaze between the supports.
From that position, shift your weight toward the main hand until most of the load is on that side. Place the assisting hand with only two fingers on the ground, just to correct balance and offload slightly, without pushing excessively. Maintain body alignment, control finger pressure, and avoid letting your hips shift or rotate.
Hold the position for the prescribed time and lower in a controlled manner or return to the initial weight distribution before exiting. Avoid sinking into the supporting shoulder or relying too much on the assisting hand, so the progression truly transfers to the one-arm handstand.
