How to do it
Get into a handstand position on the floor or on mini parallettes. Keep your elbows locked, shoulders elevated, and body aligned, with a slight posterior pelvic tilt and your gaze between the supports.
From that position, shift your weight toward your main hand until most of the load is on that side. Place your fingertips in a cup shape on the assisting hand only to correct balance and offload just enough, without pushing excessively. Maintain body alignment, control finger pressure, and avoid letting your hips shift or rotate.
Hold the position for the prescribed time and lower in a controlled manner or return to the initial weight distribution before exiting. Avoid sinking into the supporting shoulder or relying too much on the assisting hand, so that the progression is truly transferable to the one-arm handstand.
