Hip flexors - Glutes - Hamstrings - Quadriceps
- Search for a platform that is knee-height or higher.
- Face the platform and lift one leg to rest it on the platform.
- Use this leg to lift the rest of your body and stand up.
- Then lower yourself back down and repeat the same movement with the other leg.
