Assisted handstand isometric with posterior pelvic tilt
Triceps - Abs - Anterior Deltoid - Upper Chest - Serratus - Upper Trapezius

- Stand with your back to a wall or wall bars.
- Place your hands on the floor and get into a push-up position with your feet near the wall.
- Walk up the wall by stepping your feet upward and bringing your hands closer until you are in a handstand facing the wall.
- Contract your abs, hamstrings, and glutes at the same time to rotate your hips backward, eliminating the lumbar curvature (posterior pelvic tilt).
- Hold this position for a set amount of time without losing the posterior pelvic tilt.
- When the set time is over, come back down by moving your hands away and stepping down the wall until you safely return to the push-up position.
