Elastic band hamstring stretch
Hamstrings

- Get into a supine position on the floor.
- Lift one leg and with the help of your hands and an elastic band try to bring your knee as close to your chest as possible.
- Hold that position for a certain amount of time.
- If you don't have an elastic band, you can use a towel or a shirt.
