Handstand with weight shifting
Anterior Deltoid - Triceps - Upper Chest - Upper Trapezius

- Get into a handstand position with your hands on the floor or on mini parallettes, shoulder-width apart. Keep your elbows locked, shoulders elevated, and body aligned, with a slight posterior pelvic tilt and your gaze between your hands.
- From that position, slowly and controllably shift your weight toward one hand, increasing its load while the other hand unloads part of the support. Alternate shifting the weight from side to side without losing body alignment, pushing hard through the floor and correcting with your fingers to maintain balance.
- After each shift, return to the center before switching to the other side or lowering the position. Avoid collapsing the shoulder that bears the load, rotating the hips, or speeding up the weight shift so the work remains stable and transferable to the one-arm handstand.
