One-arm handstand
Anterior Deltoid - Upper Trapezius - Upper Chest - Triceps

- Get into a handstand position with your support hand on the floor or on mini parallettes.
- Shift your weight onto the support hand until your wrist, shoulder, hip, and feet are stacked in a straight line. Maintain stability with fine adjustments of your fingers, wrist, and shoulder, avoiding twisting or collapsing on the support side. Usually, this variation is easier with your legs apart, as it increases the base of balance, but you can also perform it with your legs together if you have enough control.
- Finish by regaining support with the other hand or lowering with control. Prioritize alignment over the duration of the hold.
