Triceps on the head with dumbbell
Triceps

- Start standing with your feet separated at the width of your shoulders. Hold a dumbbell in one hand and raise it above the head until the arm is completely widespread. Make sure your side is close to your ear. This is your initial position.
- Then, slowly lower the dumbbell behind the head while keeping the fixed elbow. You must feel a stretch in the triceps. Be sure to keep the core tight and straight back throughout the movement to protect the spine.
- Finally, use the triceps to lift the dumbbell to the initial position. That would be a repetition. Remember, it is important to perform this exercise with a load that allows you to maintain the correct technique and control the movement at all times. Repeat the exercise with the other arm.
