Wide Full Planche

Anterior Deltoid - Biceps - Triceps - Upper Chest

Wide Full Planche
  • Get into a plank position with your hands set wider than usual, about twice the width of your shoulders. Keep your elbows locked and your scapulae protracted.
  • Raise your feet and shift your weight forward with your legs together until you find the balance point, keeping your body tight and your shoulders stable throughout the position. Align your hips with your shoulders and ankles, with a slight posterior pelvic tilt and even tension in your core. Avoid letting your hips drop or your elbows lose their lockout.
  • Always prioritize proper arm placement and scapular stability before increasing hold time.
