Witch handstand
Anterior Deltoid - Forearms - Triceps - Upper Chest - Upper Trapezius

- Start by placing both hands on a single parallel bar or fixed bar, with a firm grip and your thumbs wrapped around the wood or metal. Keep your arms fully extended and your elbows locked. This is your starting position.
- You can reach the position by jumping up or starting from a regular handstand and switching one of your hands. Since the support surface is so narrow, you need to focus your balance on the pressure of your palms and constant adjustment of your shoulders, keeping your body in a straight line with a slight posterior pelvic tilt.
- Hold the position aiming for maximum stability and control the swings by making micro-adjustments with your grip, wrists, elbows, shoulders, and hips.
