Front lever to front lever touch
Abs - Biceps - External Rotators - Forearms - Lats - Lower Trapezius - Rear Deltoid

- Hang from the bar with a pronated grip and start in a front lever position, with elbows locked, shoulders depressed, and the body aligned as one unit. Keep your legs together and knees extended.
- From that position, perform a pull bringing your body towards the bar until the area below your navel makes contact with it. Hold that position for at least two seconds, maintaining body alignment and scapular control throughout the final phase.
- Finish by lowering yourself in a controlled manner back to the front lever. Avoid losing hip alignment or using swings or momentum.
