Full planche on rings with supinated grip
Anterior Deltoid - Biceps - Triceps - Upper Chest

- Start in a support position on the rings with a supinated grip, keeping your arms fully extended, elbows locked, and scapulae protracted. Make sure the rings are stable and parallel to each other. This is your starting position.
- Lean your body forward, shifting your weight onto your hands while you lift your legs off the ground in a controlled manner. Raise until your entire body is parallel to the floor, forming a straight line from shoulders to feet with a slight posterior pelvic tilt.
- Hold the position for the prescribed time, keeping your elbows locked and the rings under control. Finally, gently return to the support position or lower yourself to the ground. It is essential to prioritize body alignment and avoid any swinging of the rings during execution.
