Full planche push-up negatives

Anterior Deltoid - Triceps - Upper Chest - Biceps

Full planche push-up negatives
  • Get into a full planche, elbows locked, scapulae protracted, and feet elevated until your body is parallel to the ground. Hips aligned with shoulders and ankles, with a slight posterior pelvic tilt and even tension throughout the core.
  • From this position, slowly and controllably bend your elbows as your body descends as a unit. Maintain the forward lean, avoid letting your hips drop, and ensure your shoulders stay in front of your hands throughout the entire negative.
  • Finish the rep when you reach the lowest point you can hold without losing body alignment and place your feet down if necessary. Always prioritize scapular control and the depth you can manage without collapsing your shoulders.
