Hamstring Stretch with rotation
  • On your knees on the floor, extend one leg forward.
  • Bend your torso by placing your hands on either side of the extended leg.
  • Make a circular motion over the heel of the extended leg, slightly bending the knee.
  • Return to the starting position to complete one repetition.
