Hamstring stretch with rotation
Hamstrings - Glutes - Hip Flexors - Lumbar

- On your knees on the floor, extend one leg forward.
- Bend your torso by placing your hands on either side of the extended leg.
- Make a circular motion over the heel of the extended leg, slightly bending the knee.
- Return to the starting position to complete one repetition.
