Handstand for strength on rings
Anterior Deltoid - Lower Chest - Serratus - Upper Chest - Upper Trapezius

- Start in a support position on the rings with a neutral grip, keeping your arms slightly bent. Make sure the rings are stable and parallel to your body. This is your starting position.
- Begin the movement by leaning your torso forward while lifting your hips in a controlled manner. Shift your weight onto your hands and bring your legs up towards the vertical, ensuring a slight posterior pelvic tilt during the transition to prevent your lower back from arching. It is essential that the movement is smooth and comes from shoulder pressing strength, without using any swinging.
- Once you reach the handstand, stabilize the position by locking your shoulders and controlling the width of the rings to avoid any shaking or instability. Finally, lower yourself slowly and under control back to the initial support position.
