Straddle planche on rings with supinated grip

Anterior Deltoid - Biceps - Triceps - Upper Chest

Straddle planche on rings with supinated grip
  • Start in a support position on the rings with a supinated grip, keeping your arms fully extended, elbows locked, and scapulae protracted. Make sure the rings are stable and parallel to each other. This is your starting position.
  • Lean your body forward, shifting your weight onto your hands while lifting your legs off the ground and opening them simultaneously into a straddle position. Raise until your body is parallel to the ground, maintaining a slight posterior pelvic tilt to avoid lumbar arching.
  • Hold the position for the prescribed time, keeping your elbows locked and controlling the instability of the rings at all times. Finally, gently return to the starting position or lower yourself to the ground in a controlled manner. Always prioritize technical quality and scapular alignment to prevent injuries and optimize force transfer.
