The rings are an element that can contribute a lot to your training, either to add difficulty to the exercises, to work complementary or stabilizing muscles, to perform moves that cannot be done on the bar or to increase the variety of you exercises. In this plan, you have a complete upper-body programm with rings, starting with a very moderate difficulty and increasing the level continuously.
